1. Estimates only, not advice

Paycheck Estimators calculators and reports give estimates for information only. They are not tax, legal, accounting, financial or payroll advice, and they are not a substitute for your employer's payroll or a qualified professional. Tax rules change and individual situations differ. You are responsible for decisions you make using our estimates.

2. No warranty

We work hard to keep calculations accurate and current, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

3. Paid reports

The Take-Home Report is a one-time digital purchase. If it doesn't work as described, contact us within 14 days for a refund. Prices are in US dollars.

4. Employer documents (when available)

Pay stubs and year-end forms may only be created by employers, payroll administrators or self-employed people for wages that were actually paid. Creating documents with false information, or using our documents to misrepresent income to a lender, landlord, agency or anyone else, is prohibited and may be a crime. We may refuse or cancel orders, keep order records and cooperate with law enforcement.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping at volume, attacking the service, or reselling our content without permission.

6. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws stated by [Company legal name, UAE][governing law and venue to be set by counsel]. Contact: hello@paycheckestimators.com.
