Privacy Policy

The short version

• Your paycheck numbers stay on your device. All calculations run in your browser. We don't receive, store or sell your salary, deductions or results.
• We don't require an account and don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
• If you contact us, we use your email address only to reply.

Information we process

• Calculator inputs: processed only in your browser. Scenarios for the Take-Home Report are kept in your browser's session storage for the current tab and deleted when you close it.
• Contact form: your name, email and message, sent to our email provider so we can reply. Kept for up to 12 months.
• Payments: if you buy a report, payment is handled by our payment processor; we never see your full card number. We keep order records as required by law.
• Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security, for a short period.
• Analytics (if enabled): privacy-friendly, cookie-free page-view counts. We never send salary data to analytics.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA/CPRA), you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or opt out of any sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information. Email hello@paycheckestimators.com.

Children

The site isn't directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
